Nano Super Air Nozzle Blows Machining Coolant Off Cam Shaft
This customer is using a Model 1110SS Nano Super Air Nozzle to blow off a 1/2" square area on the hex end of a crank shaft. This surface must have all residual coolant from the machining processes removed prior to being laser marked. The nozzle is mounted about 5" away from the part and still performs to the application's needs.
