Nozzle Removes Machining Chips and Improves Insert Life
Company provides engineering and fabrication support for the tire industry. Customer is running a single point turning on a CNC lathe. The lathe currently builds up chips on the part and tool insert. These chips cause defects in the part or premature wear of the tool insert if they continue to build up.
