Nozzles Help Move Product

A food manufacturer makes a frozen egg product. This product is dropped into a chute and was assisted down the chute with five open air line blow offs. These blow offs were loud and inefficient. They were also run at line pressure because they were directly upstream of another operation which required line pressure. The open blow offs were all outfitted with Model 1103 Mini Super Air Nozzles. These nozzles saved a significant amount of air and greatly reduced the noise level of the operation, while still being effective in assiting the frozen food down the chute.
