Nozzles Replace Open Blow Off and Decrease Noise and Air Consumption
Customer has current ejection system for sealed bags of cereal. The bags of cereal run through a metal detector and must be ejected if any metal is detected. They have two wide open ½" fittings screwed into a solenoid valve which blow the air to eject the cereal bag. This is using too much air and causing an uncomfortable noise level. They have chosen (2) Model 1105 3/8" (10mm) Super Air Nozzles to replace the open fittings they currently have. This has lowered consumption and decreased noise significantly.
