Pulling Yarn
Customer weaves carpets. When a malfunction occurs they have to cut the yarn from the spool and pull it out of the mechanisms. As they pull the yarn out, it is getting tangled in the machine causing delays in getting the machine up and running. Using a Model 6078 3/4" (19mm) Aluminum Line Vac to vacuum the yarn away and deposit it into a barrel, entanglement was eliminated and repair time cut in half.
