Pumping out Bilges with A Drum Vac

Company refurbishes boats. When they pull the boats up out of the water, they pressure wash the hulls and interiors. Paint chips, sludge and other marine debris collect in the bilge of the boat. Pumping it out though the bilge pumps plugs up the pumps and more maintenance. Using the Model 6196 Reversible Drum Vac they very conveniently cleaned up without the dangers of electricity, pumps the bilge water into a 55 gallon drum. They then empty the drum into a filter bed and return the water into the ocean.
