Removing Dust From Corks Prior To Printing
A manufacturer of plastic wine bottle corks pneumatically conveys the corks. The conveying process produces some residual dust on the corks. When the corks go to printing the dust adversely affects the print quality. Upon installing three Model 110003 3" (76mm) Super Air Knives, the customer has more effectively cleaned the corks prior to printing and reduced the problems caused by dust.
