Removing Residual Oil From Tube Stock
An automotive chassis manufacturer is having problems with residual oil on their tube stock. They want to remove the excess oil from the lengths of tubing after exiting the oil dip tank. The current method is using air nozzles fashioned from copper tubing and was unsatisfactory. They are considering a Model 2402 2" (51mm) Super Air Wipe or a Model 110036 36" (914mm) Super Air Knife to provide a more efficient and uniform blow off.
