Removing Static From Vibratory Feeder

Company manufactures foam plugs to clean out hydraulic pipe. They use a vibratory feeder to orient the foam plugs for vacuum pick up. Static electricity generated by the process is causing the plugs to stick together in a clump preventing them from being vacuumed up. Mounting Model 8192 Ion Air Cannon above the feeder bowl and blowing ionized air onto the plugs bouncing around, static charges were removed allowing the plugs to singulate and orient properly.
