Replacing A Blowoff Pipe For Uniform Sanding Blowoff
A countertop manufacturer was using a pipe with drilled holes to clean their 4' wide sanding belts. The pipe left streaks in the belt due to uneven airflow and resulted in uneven wear of the belt which has an impact on the finish of the countertop. They have replaced the pipe with a Model 110052 52" (1321mm) Super Air Knife and have eliminated any inconsistencies in the airflow and the belt surface.
