Replacing Open Blowoffs in Beverage Plant

Company manufactures metal beverage containers, including beer and pop cans and lids. There are several open blowoffs in the plant that are costing them significant amounts of money on wasted air usage. They want an air nozzle that would be universally applied across their plant so they could stock many of them, and replace as needed throughout the plant. A Model 1100 or 1100SS Super Air Nozzle would be a universally applicable nozzle which would replace the many ¼" open blowoffs currently being used in the plant. This saved significant amounts of compressed air and brought them into OSHA compliance for dead-ended pressure regulations.
