Sanding Dust Collection

Company manufactures sanding machines. On their belt sanders they have a dust collection bag. The problem they were having is that it gets loaded up quickly and has to be cleaned out every hour. Being such a cumbersome chore, production people are leaving it go, rendering the vacuum system ineffective and spewing dust all over the shop. Their customer was threatening to return their machines. Replacing the dust bag with a Model 6080 3/4" (19mm) Line Vac on each machine they direct the sanding dust through a hose into central collection system and eliminated all downtime and dust into the environment. It made their machines more productive and saved the account.
