Soft Grip Safety Air Gun Removes Powdered Metal From Molds and Parts
A customer who manufactures powdered metal parts was having a problem with left over powdered metal clinging to the molds and molded parts. This was creating a difficult housekeeping process when cleaning the molds, and would also leave unwanted burrs and bumps on the finished parts. They simply needed a way to remove the extra powdered metal from the molds and parts. They chose the Model 1230 Soft Grip Safety Air Gun with an 1122 2" (51mm) Flat Super Air Nozzle installed. The 2" (51mm) Flat Super Air Nozzle provided a wide area blow off with the necessary force to remove the extra powder. This not only improved their finished product quality, but also reduced the amount ot time spent cleaning the molds.
