Static Elimination - linings

This customer is a custom machine builder that designs and manufactures turnkey closure lining systems. The closure linings develop static electricity causing feed problems. Blowing ionized air with the Model 112112 12" (305mm) Super Ion Air Knife System, they were able to neutralize the static charges on the liners and fixturing. This eliminated misfeeds and contaminants collecting on the work surfaces of the machine.
