Static Elimination of Trim Discharge Ducting
This customer processes paper and on the cutting machine they trim the edges. The trim is conveyed through a 12" diameter duct that runs into a cyclonic separator. The trim is generating static at the discharge of the duct and it is sticking to the cyclone which then clogs. Static elimination is needed at discharge before the cyclone. Six Ion Points with power supplies that will be mounted equally spaced around the circumference of the ducting. This will eliminate all static immediately before the trim goes into the separator.
