Static Elimination on Capping Operation
Company manufactures bottle caps. They are loading bottle caps into a feed mechanism installing a cap seal, but static electricity is causing them to repel each other and prevents them from feeding through properly. Positioning the Model 8036 36" (914mm) Ion Bar at the raceway prior to the feeder eliminated all static charges and enabled the caps to flow freely.
