Super Air Knife Blows Dirt From Cleats Of Incline Belt Conveyor

This customer operates a cleated incline belt conveyor which carries rock and dirt. Once the dirt is dumped at the top of the conveyor, some remains stuck on the belt and cleats. Because of the cleats, a traditional belt scraper is not feasible, so they installed a Model 110018 18" (457mm) Super Air Knife which enables them to blow off the belt immediately after the media is dumped. This removes all debris from the belt before it returns to the pick up point.
