Super Air Knife Blows Off Blasting Media
This customer uses a Model 110006SS-316 12" (305mm) 316 Stainless Steel Super Air Knife to blow off surgical blades. The process requires the customer to blast the tip of the blade with an abrasive media. The laminar flow from the Super Air Knife then quickly removes any residue from the blades' surfaces. The air knife permits them to not only clean the part quickly and efficiently but also contain all the blast media inside the blasting cabinet.
