Super Air Knife Cleans Cut Foam

A manufacturer of die cut foam packaging also provides a complete fulfillment service for their customers if needed. This packaging fulfillment application die cuts some foam which is sent into a packaging machine where it is combined with the product and a box. The die cutting process leaves some fines and debris on the foam. They had received complaints from the customer about the fines left in the complete package.
