Super Air Knife dries Water Based Paint 

One of the last steps for our customer who manufactures tires is to apply a cosmetic paint to the sidewall which covers any minor blemish. They had a need to speed up the drying process to keep up with production of the tires without rubbing the wet paint off the tires. Since the tire is turning during the paint application they needed only to cover the side wall in one location. They chose an EXAIR 110006 6" (152mm) Super Air Knife to blow air on the sidewall and speed the drying of the paint.
