Super Air Knife Floats Paper Over Conveyor Gap
Customer manufactures large paper fiber drying systems and moves wide webs of paper stock through large dryers with a series of rollers. The paper web stock must move over a roller gap within the dryer and the customer has chosen to install a 204" wide Super Air Knife assembly. The Super Air Knife assembly uses (4) Model 110042 42" (1067mm) Super Air Knives and (1) Model 110036 36" (914mm) Super Air Knife, and provides enough airflow to float the paper web stock over the roller gap and prevent it from falling into an unwanted position.
