Super Air Knife Helps Reclaim Coolant and Clean Parts
This customer needs to remove coolant and debris from parts as they leave a grinding station. The parts carry a lot of coolant with them when the pallet changer brings them out of the machine. To clean off the parts and the pallet, they have placed a Model 110024 24" Aluminum Super Air Knife across the top of the 24" wide pallet changer door to blow the debris and coolant back into the machine. The Air Knife is mounted just outside, and aimed to blow back into the area, to ensure all debris is contained.
