Super Air Knife Removes Excess Coolant, Improves Automated Inspection Consistency

This user operates a robot on a manufacturing line, and was getting inconsistent measurements from their automated inspection system because of excess coolant that was left on the parts. They installed a Model 110206 6" (152mm) Aluminum Super Air Knife Kit to blow off the parts immediately prior to the inspection process, and the problem with the excess coolant has been eliminated.
