Super Air Knife Removes Water From Parts After Washer

This customer, who assembles automotive tubes, encountered a common problem: their parts washer did not have an adequate system in place to remove the water after the parts had been washed, and wet parts were not acceptable to the automotive assembler. Four Model 110006SS 6" (152mm) Super Air Knives, equipped with Model 9060 Universal Air Knife Mounting Systems, provided the blow off and adjustability needed to remove the excess water. The removal of this water has eliminated any problems with rejected parts.
