Super Air Knife Replaces Drilled Pipe
Customer manufactures hydraulic pumps, motors, and valves. On one of their conveyor lines, they were using a 1" diameter, 48" long pipe with (6) 1/4" holes evenly spaced across it. This was using quite a lot of compressed air and not providing sufficient blowoff. They were looking for a solution that would provide better airflow and save air. A Model 110048 48" (1219mm) Aluminum Super Air Knife was just the right replacement. It will provide a uniform curtain of air across the entire 48" width, and will generate a 65% savings in compressed air consumption.
