Super Air Knife Speeds Up Production By Rapid Cooling
Customer heats up blanks of masonite board to emboss them with the appearance of a 6 panel door to be used for interior doors for houses. The problem is that the skins have to be cooled once pressed. The customer has been simply letting the panels cool in normal room air (no forced air cooling). The result is that there is a bottleneck in the production line due to the slow cooling process. Customer implemented (2) Model 110048 48" (1219mm) Aluminum Super Air Knives and have been able to cut cooling time by 66%.
