Super Air Knife to Dry Apples and Peaches
This customer harvests and processes apples and peaches. After the rinse cycle, but before the wax coating is put on the apples, they use a Model 110236SS 36" (914mm) Stainless Steel Super Air Knife to help dry and blow off the apples before the wax is applied. Then before the apples and the peaches are packaged they use another Model 110236SS 36" (914mm) Stainless Steel Super Air Knife to blow any remaining dust, debris, or moisture off of the fruit before it goes into the box for packaging.
