Super Air Knives Blow Leak Test Soapy Solution From Range Tops

This customer operates an assembly line, installing glass tops on electric ranges. To seal the top of the glass to the steel casement, a silicone caulk is applied. After it cures, they check for leaks with a soapy solution. This solution was creating a mess on the production line. They installed two Model 110030 30" (762mm) Super Air Knives to blow off the solution. One blows from the edge of the stove, and the other is located above the middle of the range to blow off the second half of the range. The Super Air Knives blow the solution off thoroughly, and have increased the speed of the assembly line.
