Super Air Knives Blow Out Hydraulic Machining Blocks

A plow manufacturer machines hydraulic blocks for their plow systems. The blocks feature multiple through holes with intricate connections. After machining, they need to remove coolant from the parts, which vary in size and shape. When these blocks are assembled into the hydraulic system, the whole assembly must be flushed if any coolant is found during a subsequent inspection. Using a series of Aluminum Super Air Knives (two each of Models 110003 - 3" (76mm), 110006 - 6" (152mm), and 110009 - 9" (229mm)) they were able to remove the coolant, which improved their cycle time, since the Super Air Knives were able to greatly reduce the number of hydraulic systems that needed flushed.
