Super Air Knives Blow Water Off Parts Wash Fixture

This customer makes sprinkler systems. After machining, parts are sent through a wash tank on a plate mounted onto a conveyor. The plate has thru holes to hold parts, and, after the washing cycle, the plate and thru holes have to be dried. (2) Model 110012 12" (305mm) Super Air Knives were mounted, one above and one below the plate, to effectively remove the water from both sides and the holes.
