Super Air Knives Keep Roller Chains Clean in Fiber Board Plant
Customer uses two pairs of Air Knives - two Model 110003 3" Aluminum Super Air Knives, and two Model 110006 6" Aluminum Super Air Knives - to keep roller chains and sprockets clean on a fiber board conveyor. Continuous blow off (as opposed to periodic manual cleaning) in this extremely dusty environment protects against mechanical wear, and eliminates the need for stopping the line for cleaning.
