Super Air Knives Provide Air Barrier To Contain Molded Parts
This customer packages smokeless tobacco, and also molds the round plastic containers the product is sold in. As the containers are molded, an ejector pin pushes them out of the mold and they drop into a larger container. These parts often fell out of the mold and missed the container below. A Model 110006 6" (152mm) Super Air Knife was placed on either side of the mold to form an air barrier, causing the parts to fall consistently into the receiving container below the mold.
