Super Air Knives Quickly Cool Injection Mold Dies

This customer operates an injection molding plant, and runs various setups on a day-to-day basis. Changing these setups takes some time, as the dies must cool down before they can be handled safely, and they wanted to speed up the process. Using (2) Model 110024 24" (610mm) Aluminum Super Air Knives, each directed at one of the two halves of the die, cool down time was reduced from 30 minutes to 10 minutes.
