Super Air Nozzles Blow Loose Sand Out Of Casting Mold

This customer makes automotive parts, and has a sand casting that they are trying to remove the loose sand from. They installed an array of (44) Model 1104 Super Air Nozzles in a manifold, spaced 4" apart around all sides of the 44.5" X 70" casting, to blow off the loose sand. This arrangement ensures that all of the cavities in the mold are efficiently blown out.
