Super Ion Air Knife Cleans Medical Product
Company manufactures home dialysis pumps, medical irritation pumps, stents, etc. Customer needs to clean a medical product subassembly prior to packaging. They are in a clean room environment and have built a cleaning box which the subassembly is placed within. An EXAIR Model 112212 12" (305mm) Super Ion Air Knife System with Power Supply is mounted inside of the cleaning box and is used to blow off the subassembly. The cleaning box can then be discharged to move the debris out of the clean room environment using the Super Ion Air Knife.
