Super Ion Air Knife Eliminates Static in Laminating Process

The customer extrudes expanded foam into sheet form and laminates paper to both sides. The problem is that the process induces a lot of static into the product and the product catches fire. The customer has used ion bars before, but because they had no airflow associated with them, they were relatively ineffective. The Model 112060 60" (1524mm) Super Ion Air Knife allows the customer to have longer contact times and thus be able to remove the static charge much more effectively and thus eliminates the hazard of the paper material catching fire.
