Super Ion Air Knife Eliminates Static, Prevents Clumping In Powder Filling Operation
Customer fills plastic bottles with powdered nutritional supplement. When filling, a static charge builds up on the surface of the plastic bottle, which causes clumping in the product around the walls of the container. Using (4) Model 112212 12" (305mm) Super Ion Air Knife Kits, the customer was able to remove the static from the containers before and after filling the bottles. This allowed for faster filling, with no clumping of product or clinging to the bottles' walls.
