Theme Park Blows Away Debris From Firework Display
After a theme park fireworks display, workers had been sweeping off a corrugated metal rooftop. Because of new fall protection standards, they wanted to design a new system for cleaning off the roof after each show. To do this, they need a product that could blow off fireworks debris from a section of sloped corrugated metal, 6 feet away. The engineer installed several Model 110060 60" (1524mm) Aluminum Super Air Knives that would blow a short blast of air, one knife at a time, to blow off the 20' wide roof. By only running one knife at a time, they were able to reduce their overall compressed air needs and still successfully blow off the entire roof.
