Transferring Hot Dog Casings
Customer manufactures turkey dogs. They cook the turkey dogs in casings that need to be removed before packaging. Mechanical extractors work but an added operation is required to move the extracted casings from the work area and deposit them into a central collection system. With the Model 6064 2" (51mm) Stainless Steel Line Vac they were able to convey the extracted casings from the machine to a central collection system without any operator intervention.
