Water Blowoff on Rubber Sheet Stock Before Marking
Company manufactures rubber. They process a rubber slab or sheet which measures 9.5" wide x ½" thick. The rubber sheet goes through a cooling water bath and the water needs to be removed prior to a marking system which will not print if there is too much water on the sheet. They have chosen two of EXAIR’s Model 110012 12" (305mm) Super Air Knives with filter and pressure regulator to mount above and below the rubber sheet stock to remove the water. This has created a surface which works well for the marking system.
