Wire/Cable Blow Off

This customer applies a coating to wire by running it through a dip tank. When it comes up and out of the tank they have to have a long trough below the wire to catch the drippings. Over time the paint builds up and creates a housekeeping issue. The Model 2401 1" (25mm) Super Air Wipe stripped off the excess paint and directed it back into the dip tank. This not only eliminated a housekeeping problem but by returning the paint back into the dip tank they were able to save on material costs because the excess paint was not wasted.
