Air Operated Conveyors

EXAIR's Heavy Duty Threaded Line Vac™ is our most powerful conveyor. It converts ordinary pipe into a powerful conveying system to move more material over longer distances. A hardened alloy construction resists wear from abrasive scrap, trim and other bulk materials.

EXAIR's compressed air operated Sanitary Flange Line Vac™ connects to standard clamp style flange fittings to create a powerful in-line conveyor. Flanged Line Vac conveyors are made from Type 316SS and are ideal for moving large volumes of material over long distances.

The Heavy Duty Line Vac™ is EXAIR's most powerful conveyor. The Heavy Duty Line Vac Kit includes a Heavy Duty Line Vac, mounting bracket, filter separator and pressure regulator (with coupler). They have been engineered to convey materials over longer vertical and horizontal distances and/or convey abrasive or heavy materials. Kits available from 3/4" through 3".
