Air Knife Provides Barrier
Company manufactures pharmaceuticals. Customer uses an ink jet printer to place marking upon a tablet. The powder-based tablet ejects powder every time the jet blows ink on to it. This ejected powder gets onto the print head and causes poor quality marking in a short period of time. They had to shut down the line and clean the print head.
