Blow off to Recover Powder Coating

Customer manufactures metal roofing systems. They are powder coating an expensive new HI-R reflective powder coating pigment to metal roof shingles. Occasionally a shingle will not have the powder properly applied and a scrap piece is produced. The material is so expensive that the customer wanted a way to retrieve it. They added a blow off booth equipped with EXAIR Model 120022 2" (51mm) Super Air Amplifiers so prior to entering the curing oven, any defective powder paint is blown off and captured in a vacuum collection system. This allowed them recover the powder paint as well as save the shingle for reprocessing.
