Chip Blow off

Company manufactures board lumber. They have a gang saw that cuts the wood slab into dimensional boards. The sawdust is supposed to fall below the kerf into a dust collection system below but some comes up with the blade tooth and builds up on top of the board. The operators have to stop the process to clean up before next slab is started.
