Clearing Strip Stock of Oil
Company manufactures aluminum pie pans. When they roll mill aluminum stock, the mill rolls have a bevel to them which leaves residual oil on the edges of the strip is carried over to subsequent processes. The high hitting force of the Model 1122 2" (51mm) Super Air Nozzle cleared the edges of oil, eliminating a wash process and a contaminated final product.
