Conveying Bottle Caps

A plastic reclamation company, was given the task of destroying winning bottle caps that were used in a promotion. Their machine can grind up to 3500 caps per minute and they were relying on an operator to shovel the caps into the hopper. The operator could not keep up with the machine and was known to scatter the caps in the plant. They needed to raise production and eliminate winning caps being lost and sometimes reused. They purchased a Model 6085 2-1/2" (64mm) Line Vac to increase production and eliminate scattered caps.
