Decrease Paint Drying Time
Company manufactures cars and has a bumper molding facility. The bumpers are experiencing a slower production rate through the primer coating area of production due to drying time necessary for the primer. They have installed sixteen EXAIR Model 120022 2" (51mm) Super Air Amplifiers along with two Model 9009 Pressure Regulators and two Model 9057 Electronic Flow Controls (EFC) to operate two individual banks of eight Super Air Amplifiers. These Super Air Amplifiers provide a great deal of air volume and air circulation which has resulted in lower drying times. The lower drying times have increased production. The EFC’s are turning the air on and off as needed to provide the air flow each time a bumper passes through the banks of Super Air Amplifiers.
