Dust Removal

Company manufactures products from tubing. After the tubing has been finish coated, a selected area on the end needs to be removed down to bare metal for a subsequent operation. The customer is using a wire brush machine to skive the ends of the tubes. The dust generated creates a housekeeping problem and pollutes the air. The Model 120022 2" (51mm) Super Air Amplifier positioned close to the wire brushes, vacuumed the dust debris before it had a chance to enter the air. This eliminated both the housekeeping problem and the contaminated working environment.
