EXAIR Provides Cleaning Solution for Machinery Tubing
Customer builds automated machinery for a wide range of industrial customers. A machine that processes PTFE tubing needed to remove static charge and dust from the incoming tubing extrusion, and then ensure that the processed tubes are clean for packaging. They put a Model 8462 2" Gen4 Super Ion Air Wipe at the inlet (for static and dust removal) and a Model 2402 2" Super Air Wipe at the machine exit (for final cleaning of processed tubes). Because of the critical need for cleanliness, a Model 9006 Oil Removal Filter was also specified.
